At Turf, Surf, and Earth, we have combined a passion for cooking delicious, fresh gourmet dishes, with a passion for providing healthy, plant-based options. We believe that the basis for a great restaurant is simple: serving tasty, high-quality food in a friendly, clean, and inviting atmosphere. We offer a fast-casual dining experience with a customizable menu. We strive to highlight the benefits of our plant-based Earth menu selections, which are healthy, sustainable, and compassionate. We are inclusive of everyone’s dietary choices, but aim to introduce omnivores to the benefits of plant-based eating by showing them how delicious it can be. We believe our customers should be in complete control to fully customize their orders exactly how they want them and strive to make customers feel that they have experienced something unique while dining with us.
Byron Salazar and Paul Auriemma are the owners and operators of Turf, Surf, and Earth. Byron became a young entrepreneur after graduating from Penn State University with an accounting degree as he quickly realized that his true passion lies with cooking gourmet food. Byron saw a need for fast-casual food options that were served fresh, delicious, and made-to-order. It was this need that drove him to create his first unique restaurant concept in 2012, Turf 'N Surf. Byron and Paul have now teamed up to create Turf, Surf, and Earth after discovering a shared passion for creating and cooking plant-based food. It is this shared passion and long-term friendship that has brought them together to create this new restaurant concept. Turf, Surf, and Earth is the new generation of Turf 'N Surf with a more modern feel, diversified menu, and enhanced customer experience. The added 'Earth' concept represents the addition of plant-based foods to the menu. Turf, Surf, and Earth is something Byron and Paul are proud to represent and create for the community to experience.
